3 Ingredient Carrot Flapjacks 🥞

Flourless flapjacks with a twist! Perfect finger food for babies/toddlers, a great lunchbox snack and the perfect breakfast for the whole family!


  • 2 Medium-large carrots

  • Nutmeg/Cinnamon

  • 2 eggs


  1. Finely grate carrots and fry in a pan for 5 min.

  2. Add spices and fry for another 5min

  3. Mix cooked carrots and beaten eggs in a bowl.

  4. Fry mini sized flapjacks in an oiled pan.

  5. And serve! (This is good for 6 months +)

  6. Add your topping of choice. We like cheese and honey. You can also add berries or peanut butter. Only serve honey from 12months +
