Now I'm sure you've seen these done a million times on Pinterest or Insta and never actually made them yourself (don't worry - me too!)... until now!
Working with hundreds of families and having young kids myself, I know that you can get most kids to eat most foods if you add some magic and sprinkles to them so this fits in well with that idea if you want to add some fruit and dairy to your childs diet in a fun way.
I decided to give it a try and I'm hooked! You DONUT know what you're missing! ha ha!

Ingredients:
2 Apples
1 Strawberry
1 small tub of yoghurt (I used strawberry)
An assortment of sprinkles

Instructions :
Slice and core apples (I used a lip balm lid to core the hole in the apple slices) + finely chop up strawberry. See short video below.
Pipe the yoghurt onto the sliced apple rings. ( I used a large syringe because using a spoon/knife proved to be very messy)
Add sprinkles and toppings of choice and serve!

You will not be disappointed!
*You can also freeze them for refreshing treats on a hot summers day!
Enjoy!
