Perfect for the adventurous babies out there, and especially great for helping the cautious babies to transition onto more dynamic flavours.

Ingredients:
400 g butternut (steamed soft)
1 tablespoon unsalted butter
1/2 teaspoon freeze dried sage
Heat butter and sage in a saucepan and add steamed butternut, mix well and mash with a fork or blend smooth with a hand blender.
Allow purée to cool to room temperature and serve.
