Think Grannies best cheesecake meets your fondest popsicle memory... sitting in the back yard on the bottom step with your toes kneading the grass. Trying to lick the popsicle fast enough to not let it melt and drip down your arms but also trying to savour it and make it last forever. It's an art, in fact. Now cast your mind back to your Grannies dining room table where she has just cut you the creamiest and perfectly sweet slice of homemade cheesecake. The fridge set kind of cheesecake that make the most amazing accompaniment to a freshly brewed and piping hot cup of tea.
Now let's snap forward to today... Imagine you could have both of these nostalgic elements visit your Easter family gathering... It's indulgent, a taste of something new but weighted in familiarity. Oh, did I mention its ridiculously easy to make? I probably should have lead with that - haha.
