Mealtime hack : Boiled Eggs 🥚

A quick go-to cooked food item is hard boiled eggs! Can be served from 6months +(woohoo!) and are a great source of protein to add to dinner plates, easy breakfast on the go, as snacks or in lunch boxes (whole/halved or made into egg mayo sandwiches).

Here's how you can ensure you have some easy protein options at short notice throughout the week:

1) boil a big batch of eggs 2) allow to cool and store in an airtight container 3) write the date on the lid with a whiteboard marker so you know when you made them (life gets busy and days merge) & store in the fridge for up to 5 days. Recommended: store with shells on as this keeps eggs fresher for longer and prevents eggs from absorbing smells from other foods in the fridge.
