Convenience meets taste! Quick + tasty midweek dinners are what we strive for around here. One dish, 30min cook time AND feeds the whole family... woohoo!

Ingredients:
500g beef stir fry strips
500-700g mixed seasonal roasting veg
1 tablespoon chopped garlic
1/2 cup beef/veggie stock
1/4 tsp salt
1/4 teaspoon black pepper
1/4 teaspoon smoked paprika
1 generous drizzle of olive oil
Bagel spice for topping once cooked.

Instructions:
Preheat oven to 180 degrees Celsius.
Add all the ingredients together in a roasting pan/sheet.
Mix all the ingredients together.
Roast @180 degrees Celsius for 30min until the butternut is cooked through.
Give the whole pan a mix with a large serving spoon to coat everything in the juices from the pan and serve as is with a sprinkle of bagel spice or over basmati rice :-)
If your kids don't like food all mixed together, pick out veggies and meat and serve separated on the plate like my picture above.
Serves a family of four (2 adults + 2 kids)
