Some of our favourite things came together in our kitchen last week! Popcorn and Popsicles!!!
These are so easy to make and are the perfect addition to parties, playdates and desserts!

Makes : 8-10 popsicles
Prep time : 10min
Freezer time : minimum 30min
You will need :
Popsicle mould (with sticks)
Cooking spray
Chocolate to melt (I used 200g white chocolate chips)
1 bag of microwave popcorn
Sprinkles of your choice
Blender (optional)
Instructions :
Make popcorn in the microwave (+-3min).
While popcorn busy popping, spray the mould with cooking spray and pour some sprinkles into the mould move it around so they stick to and coat the inside of the popsicle sections.
At this point I quickly blend up the popcorn in my blender ( only a few pulses) to make it crumbly - this step in optional and purely personal choice. Empty popcorn into a large mixing bowl.
Melt chocolate... you can melt on the stove top or do what I did and add a small splash of milk and melt in the microwave in 20-30sec intervals, stirring in between until melted through and smooth.
Add a few shakes of sprinkles into the popcorn for some colourful magic and pour melted chocolate over the popcorn, mix it well.
While the popcorn + chocolate mix is still warm, fill the popsicle mould with the popcorn mix and pack it quite tight.
Push the sticks in and freeze until set.
Once set in the freezer, I fill a bowl with boiling water and dip the bottom of the popsicle mould in for a few short seconds to melt it just enough so the popsicles POP out easily.
