SERVING + CUTTING MEAT đŸ„© FOR BABIES + TODDLERS



When it comes to meat & toddlers, texture and how easy it is to chew is everything! It’s important to remember to cut AGAINST THE GRAIN so that the meat pulls apart easily and toddlers can bite off pieces to chewđŸ‘ŒđŸ» Sometimes when we cut meat in the wrong direction and it becomes chewy, tough and stringy and impossible to bite off. This is off-putting for toddlers and can put them off meat entirely.

PLEASE NOTE : if your baby(6m-12m) is BLW and you are offering meat, please cut WITH the grain so that they can suck and chomp down on the meat without pieces breaking off and lessen the risk of choking. alternatively you can chop the meats really fine or serve ground meat in the form of meat balls.
