Soft, creamy and delicious pasta sauce that can be made in 5 minutes!
Zucchini contains vitamin A, which is great for bone growth and the immune system; and it's a rich source of potassium and magnesium. When the zucchini is cooked, the skin softens, making it easy for baby to digest.
Cheese can form part of a healthy, balanced diet for babies and young children, and provides calcium, protein and vitamins. Babies can eat pasteurised full-fat cheese from 6 months old. This includes hard cheeses, such as mild cheddar cheese, cottage cheese and cream cheese.
All pasta, no matter the type, offers ample carbohydrates to energize a baby's growing body, and when it is served as part of a well-balanced diet with plenty of whole foods, pasta can be a perfectly healthy addition to a baby's meal.

Ingredients for sauce:
2 large zucchini's
2-3 tablespoons Parmigiana Cheese
1 heaped tablespoon full fat cream cheese
Instructions
Steam or microwave thinly sliced zucchini for 3min or until soft.
Grate in 2-3 tablespoons Parmigiana/Parmesan cheese.
Add a biiiig heaped dollop of full fat cream cheese and blend all together (I find a stick blender the easiest to use and clean).
Mix into any cooked pasta of your choice + serve! (This is good for 6months +)
From 12 months+ you can add some salt to taste ;-)
