Here's why these ingredients are so powerful:

Bananas are beneficial for the gut and contain naturally occurring fibers that help increase good bacteria.

Yogurt is a prime source for probiotics, the "good" live bacteria and yeasts. Why are these helpful? Having a proper balance of bacteria in your gut improves digestion, blocks dangerous organisms that can cause infections, and boosts your immune system.

Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of dietary fiber. Just 1 cup contains around 180% of the recommended Daily Value of vitamin C for kids 13 years and younger. Kids need vitamin C for growth, body tissue repair, and a healthy immune system.

Enjoy!
