SUPER EASY !!
3 strawberries - chopped up 1 ripe banana - chopped up 3 tablespoons yoghurt (I used strawberry lactose free yogurt)
***Blend until smooth*** I used a hand/stick blender, quick and much less to clean up.
Pour into popsicle mold ( I added some rainbow sprinkles and edible glitter to bring some magic to the popsicles ) and freeze for a minimum of 4 hours and serve :-)

Here's why these ingredients are so powerful:
Bananas are beneficial for the gut and contain naturally occurring fibers that help increase good bacteria.
Yogurt is a prime source for probiotics, the "good" live bacteria and yeasts. Why are these helpful? Having a proper balance of bacteria in your gut improves digestion, blocks dangerous organisms that can cause infections, and boosts your immune system.
Strawberries are an excellent source of vitamin C and a good source of dietary fiber. Just 1 cup contains around 180% of the recommended Daily Value of vitamin C for kids 13 years and younger. Kids need vitamin C for growth, body tissue repair, and a healthy immune system.
