Just because we have small children, it doesn’t limit us to nuggets and oven chips for dinner every night - I promise! With a few adjustment to how you serve it, you can serve this meal from 6months + 👏🏻 The perfect meal is one you don’t have to slave over 🙌🏻 It's as easy as popping ingredients into the slow cooker in the morning and serving over pasta at dinner time! Easy Peasy! You’ll want to invite friends over to enjoy this with you - it’s that good 🍷🍝
For this you will need : 🥩Steak - you can add any type of steak you like, I just used what I had in the freezer and used it from frozen(I wrote sirloin in the video but I meant ribeye 🙈) 🥫🥫2x tinned tomato and onion mix 🍄 1 cup of veggies (I used mushrooms - you can use carrots/corn/potatoes/broccoli or anything you like) 🍵 1 cup of beef stock (low sodium stock for babies) 💧 1 cup of boiling water 🧄 Garlic and herb spice 🍝 Pasta of your choice (I chose penne) you will cook this according to the packet instructions. You can also use rice/potato mash/couscous/quinoa if you prefer.
Method : ✨add all the ingredients to the slow cooker before you leave in the morning. Allow to cook for the day. ✨when you get home, cook some pasta ✨ take some meat and veggies out of the slow cooker to cool for the kids and put on their plate while the pasta cooks. Shred the meat with a fork in the sauce & veggies for the adults. ✨✨✨Serve with Pasta ✨✨✨
