Fresh and delicious and packed with goodness! suitable for 6months + as a purée. The bigger babies and toddlers love them in a smoothie or as an after dinner treat :-)

Whats even better about this recipe is that it freezes so well and makes the most mouth watering frozen yoghurt ice lollies for those warmer summer days!

Tropical Bomb Purée/Pudding/Smoothie/lolly


I N G R E D I E N T S


  • 1 Mango - diced

  • 1 Kiwi - diced

  • 100g (one small tub) Plain Yoghurt - we use lactose free in our home

  • 1 Heaped teaspoon of hemp hearts - (super food sprinkles of magic!!)


I N S T R U C T I O N S


  1. Dice the mango and the kiwi and put into the blender

  2. Add yoghurt and hemp hearts to the blender

  3. Blend well and SERVE! x

If you plan on making lollies, pour into lolly molds, pop in the sticks and freeze for 4-6hours
